U.S. GoDaddy to raise around $787.8 mln in underwritten public offering

Arizona-based web hosting company GoDaddy is proposing an underwritten offering of just under 10.4 million shares of Class A common stock.

The shares are offered on behalf of selling stockholders, entities affiliated with KKR, Silver Lake Partners, and YAM Special Holding.

GoDaddy will sell 8 thousand shares and use those proceeds to pay transaction fees for this offering.

The total value of the offering will be around $787.8 million.
