U.S. shared workspace provider WeWork has acquired office management software maker Teem for $100 million in cash.

The purchase could help the co-working giant offer more robust in-office services to customers.

Previously, Teem raised $21.5 million in private funding from investors including Origin Ventures, NGP Capital, and Greycroft.

In July, WeWork secured $500 million in Series B funding round led by Trustbridge Partners, Temasek, SoftBank and the SoftBank Vision Fund, and Hony Capital.
