Integrated Capital, a U.S. hotel-focused, real estate advisory and investment firm, has completed the sale of Marriott Kansas City Overland Park, an 11-story hotel located in Overland Park.

Integrated Capital divested the 398-room hotel to a joint venture (JV) between U.S. hotel asset management services firm Wexford Lodging Advisors and alternative investment management firm Trinity Private Equity Group.

The property includes 13,370 square feet of meeting space, three food-and-beverage venues, a fitness center and both an indoor and an outdoor pool. U.S. hotel management company Davidson Hotels & Resorts will operate the hotel.

The JV plans to invest circa $17 million to upgrade the property’s guestrooms and public spaces, renovate its meeting space and lobby, introduce Marriott’s M Club concierge lounge and develop a new fitness center.
