U.S.-based property management company Zeus has landed $24 million in a new funding round.

The round features a brand new $11.5 million Sequence A led by San Francisco-based Initialized Capital, an earlier $2.5 million seed spherical from Bowery, and $10 million in debt.

With the net funds, Zeus will roll up extra properties, construct higher landlord portal software program, and hammer out partnerships or in-house divisions for cleansing and furnishing.

As part of the round, Initialized Capital will be part of Zeus’ board of directors.
