U.S. Zoom Video seeks to raise $100 mln in stock market listing

U.S. video communications company Zoom Video Communications Inc. is seeking to secure $100 million in a stock market listing.

The company plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol ZM.

Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse as among the underwriters of the offering.

Since interception, Zoom Video has nabbed $145.5 million through five rounds.
