Vietnamese drink producer Tan Hiep Phat has opened a new big facility in Hau Giang Province, Mekong Delta region with 4 trillion Vietnamese dongs ($173 million) investment.
The new plant is one of Vietnam’s most state of the art facilities, using Aseptic filling lines from Italian beverage filling technological company GEA Procomac.
The building project is being done in three phases. The initial phase, with an Aseptic filling line, has started operation with a capacity of 48,000 bottles per hour or 130 million liters a year.
Two more lines will be installed in the initial phase to boost the total capacity to 300 million liters a year. The total injection of the initial phase is estimated at $78 million.
