VMware Bulgaria, part of U..S-based cloud computing company VMware, is committing 46.1 million levs ($26.7 million) in an expansion project.

Under the project, VMware Bulgaria will boost its capacity both in terms of developing new products and increasing the number of its employees.

The company noted that the expansion project is expected to create 500 jobs.

Since interception, VMware, which has been planning to double the number of its employees to 1,500 in the next few years, has infused over $202.1 million in Bulgaria.
