USA, Los Angeles-based fashion technology company Zelig has successfully raised $15 million in Series A funding, bringing the total amount raised to $100 million. The funding round was led by Hilco Global and joined by Bezikian Zareh. Zelig plans to utilize the capital to further enhance its personalization capabilities and introduce additional features to its virtual try-on and styling technology. Co-founded by Sandy Sholl and Adam Freede in 2020, Zelig offers a unique B2B2C solution that integrates AI, machine learning, and computer vision to enable shoppers to visualize how clothing, footwear, and accessories would appear on their own body type. Shoppers can experiment with various outfit combinations and styling options, create, save, and share complete looks. In the near future, users will have the option to upload their photo and virtually try on outfits and individual items using their own image.
