Location:
The property is located about 15 minutes from Naranjo, 20 minutes from Zarcero and 15 minutes from San Ramon.
Several entrances, the main roads from Naranjo and Zarcero have recently been repaved.

The House has a nice buffer from the public street and is situated in a healthy and peaceful rural area, but very close to the towns of Naranjo, Zarcero and San Ramon.
Almost every day, you can enjoy seeing and hearing the songs of exotic birds such as Rainbow Toucans and Blue crested Mot Mots among many other species. Also we have visits from the occasional sloth and anteater bears in danger of extinction. The house has a really spectacular view: of the western central valley and the Gulf of Nicoya where you can see the cruise ships heading to the port of Puntarenas. The cities of Palmares and San Ramon can be seen plainly, which at night is a magical setting of thousands of lights is always observed.
Characteristics of the houses:
The two houses are located on a 9000 m2 (96,875.1 ft2) lot with 71 meters (232.9 ft.) frontage to the street. The principal house is on one level for easy movement and covers 450 m2 (4,843.76 ft2.) This structure is designed both within and without, free of steps or slopes facilitating independent movement for elderly adults and/or disabled persons.
Doors manufactured especially for the House that, in addition to being spacious, are reinforced with metal structure. In addition to the lock keyed from the outside the doors have a triple PIN high security system.

The living area, kitchen and dining area are all open on one side to the internal garden, thus the transparent bronze tinted roof over the area of the internal garden, provides plenty of light in the house during the day. Most of the walls are very artistically veneered in ceramic tiles so as to be easy to clean, and so that maintenance of paint on the walls is minimal. The lower portions of the outer walls are veneered with ceramic tiles of natural stone appearance, which contributes to the cleanliness and durability of the wall paint from effects of the environment.
