Chinese membership e-commerce company Yunji has secured $121 million in its stock market listing in the U.S.
Yunji sold 11 million American Depositary Shares at the low end of an $11 to $13 price range.
Crescent Point and Trustbridge accounted for most of the proceeds after the companies bought shares worth up to $100 million.
Yunji will use the new funds from the listing to enhance and extend its business operations, upgrade its technology infrastructure, and expand its fulfilment facilities.
