U.S. commercial real estate company Berkadia, a joint venture of Berkshire Hathaway and Jefferies Financial Group, has concluded with the sale of 3 multifamily properties for a combined price of $81.6 million.
On behalf of Elan Multifamily Investments, Berkadia completed a $59.35 million sale of Bryson Square and Meridian Garden, two garden-style multifamily properties in Kent, to U.S. real estate investment trust Rise Properties Trust.
Whereas Berkadia also represented the seller, Goodman Real Estate, in the $22.25 million sale of Crew Apartments, garden-style multifamily property in Seattle, to U.S. property management company Elan Management.
The 198-unit Bryson Square is located at 24006 108th Pl. SE. whereas Meridian Garden is located at 13101 SE 240th St. and features 80 units of one and two-bedroom floor plans. Additionally, the 70-unit Crew Apartments are located at 8228 Green Lake Drive N.
