Eneva SA, a Brazilian power generation company and unit of Germany’s E.ON SE, is expecting to secure 930 million reais ($237 million) in a share offering.

Moreso, Eneva SA has revealed a secondary offering of 49.97 million shares.

The company said that shareholders Itau Unibanco Holding SA, Uniper Holding GmbH, Banco BTG Pactual SA, Banco Pine SA and Dommo Austria GmbH plan to sell shares in the offering.

Itau BBA, an investment bank of the Itaú Unibanco group, Santander Brasil SA, BTG Pactual, and Citigroup’s Brazil subsidiary will manage the deal.
