Irish wind farms operator Greencoat Renewables PLC has bought stakes in three wind farms in Ireland with a combined capacity of 207 megawatts (MW).

Greencoat paid 115.3 million euros ($131.5 million) to Coillte, a commercial forestry company for the stakes.

The company bought a stake in Raheenleagh wind farm with a capacity of 35.2 MW, and Cloosh Valley with 108 MW and Sliabh Bawn with 64 MW.

The purchased portfolio includes long-term fixed rate project finance with an overall net enterprise value of $283 million.
