Kuwait-based Shariah-compliant investment firm Dimah Capital Investment Co., a unit of Al Imtiaz Investment Group, has acquired Residence Inn Hotel in Seattle, U.S.

The property was acquired for approximately $118 million.

Marriott Residence Inn consists of 302 rooms, a business area as well as a car park.

Dimah Capital said that the company made the acquisition through collaboration with U.S. hospitality company Stonebridge Companies.
