Singaporean real estate investment firm SC Capital Partners has bought Rivervale Mall for 230 million Singapore dollars ($170 million).

SC Capital acquired the three-storey retail center via its SCORE+ fund from U.S. real estate investment manager AEW Capital Management.

The property, situated in a suburban area in the Northeastern region of Singapore, has a gross lettable area of nearly 81,200 square feet and an adjacent four-storey car park annexe.

SC Capital Partners said that the mall recently underwent capital advancements and had an occupancy rate as high as 97 percent.
