Skechers USA, a lifestyle and performance footwear company, has started the construction of its headquarters (HQ) extension in Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach, California.
Skechers will broaden the size of existing constructions and build new space in a project of about $150 million.
The company will boost its footprint in the Los Angeles area’s South Bay submarket by almost 180,000 square feet for a total of around 330,000 square feet of office, design and showroom space.
Furthermore, a new design facility, totaling over 100,000 square feet in Hermosa Beach, will be the rock of the headquarters project. The development will rise bordering the new executive offices consisting 20,000 square feet.
