WeWork, a U.S. co-working spaces provider, now known as The We Co., revealed that its recently launched investment platform is nearing to buy a San Francisco office building.
The investment platform, ARK, intends to buy the 600 California Street office building, partly occupied by WeWork, from Bentall Kennedy.
Under the pact, ARK will pay 269 million euros ($330 million) to Bentall Kennedy to acquire the 358,591 square feet office building.
In May this year, The We Co. launched ARK venture to acquire and renovate commercial real estate around the world.
