Dubai-based Samana Developers, a real estate developer and a unit of Samana Group of Cos., has started construction on Samana Hills, its second real estate project at Arjan.
Located near to the Miracle Gardens tourist attraction, Samana Hills will deliver 205 residential units comprising studio to two-bedroom apartments.
More so, Samana Hills will be easily accessible via two major expressways, Al Khail Road and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, and give its residents easy access to the major attractions to the city of Dubai.
With a total investment of 100 million dirhams ($27.3 million), the five-storey project is anticipated be delivered by the fourth quarter of 2021.
