UAE's MAG Lifestyle Development (MAG LD), the property development arm of MAG Group Holding, has announced the sale of MAG EYE units.
MAG EYE's 600 units comprising studios and two and three-bedroom townhouses have already been sold valued at 400 million dirhams ($109 million).
In addition to designed homes crafted in partnership with interior design consultant Opaal Interiors and peer review consultant VX Studio, residents will also benefit from 4,800 square meters of public facilities.
The MAG EYE project features 4,292 studios, one, and two-bedroom apartments, and 694 two, three, and four-bedroom townhouses.
