In separate deals, Stenprop, a British real estate investment trust company, has acquired two industrial estates in Glasgow and Wolverhampton for 8 million pounds (about $10 million).

The properties included in the acquisition are Western Campus at Strathclyde Business Park, Bellshill, Glasgow and Merryhills Enterprise Park in Wolverhampton.

Stenprop paid about $6 million to Central Assets LLP to acquire Western Campus, which totals 44,234 square feet (ft²) across 15 industrial units and is currently 75 percent let.

Furthermore, the firm also bought Merryhills Enterprise Park from two private investors for $4 million. More so, the property totals 37,617ft², comprising 32,337ft² of industrial accommodation in 14 units and 5,280ft² of office accommodation.
