UK real estate investment advisory services provider Crosstree Real Estate Partners LLP’s affiliate has acquired Edmonton Green Shopping Centre in Edmonton, North London for the 72 million pounds ($92 million).
Edmonton Green Shopping Centre, which has 495,000 square feet, occupies a site of 25 acres in the heart of Edmonton directly opposite the train station.
The existing site includes over 100 shops, a daily market, office and community uses, 754 homes and over 1,000 car parking spaces.
Crosstree Real Estate expects to improve the community-focused retail centre and also create a thriving town centre and neighbourhood.
