UK-based logistics company Eddie Stobart (ltd) has sold its warehouse and logistics hub in a 31.75 million pounds ($40.4 million) deal.

UK-based real estate investment firm Palmer Capital and Saudi Arabian asset management firm SEDCO Capital have purchased the Eddie Stobart hub on the Sherburn Enterprise Park in Leeds from NFU, reflecting a net initial yield of 5 percent.

Australian commercial property consultancy Commercial Property Partners LLP advised on the purchase of the 413,959 square feet warehouse and logistics facility, which is based on a 25-acre site.

In 2016, Eddie Stobart Ltd booked $725.1 million in revenue.
