U.S. real estate investment management firm Buchanan Street Partners has spent $72.3 million for the acquisition of the 328-unit Creekside at Palmer Park Apartments in Colorado Springs.

In addition, U.S. multi-family asset manager Priderock Capital Partners spent $27 million for the acquisition of the 100-unit Woodland Hills Apartments.

The companies acquired the properties from U.S. real estate company Griffis/Blessing.

Creekside was developed by Griffis/Blessing in the early 2000s whereas the company acquired Woodland Hills for $15.9 million in 2014.
