U.S. real estate developer SJM Partners Inc. has disposed of the Praxis of Deerfield Beach apartment complex in Florida for $24 million or $107,142 per unit.
The asset, located at 1181 Southwest 15 Street, has amenities including two clubhouses, a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, picnic area, shuffleboard, a business center and laundry facility.
SJM Partners sold the 224-unit Deerfield Beach senior living facility to a joint venture between U.S. real estate investment and asset manager MRK Partners and affordable housing asset manager R4 Capital.
In June this year, MRK Partners purchased a senior affordable living facility in South Miami Heights for $43.5 million.
