U.S. real estate investment company Nakash Holdings, in partnership with peers Douglas Development and Triangle Capital Group, has purchased Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown Nashville.
The Nakash joint venture (JV) bought the 207-key hotel in the Music City’s urban core from a partnership between LCP Group and SEDCO Capital.
With a total investment of $101.5 million, the Nakash JV acquired the property, which is located at 310 Fourth Ave. S.
Hampton Inn & Suites has amenities including a business center, 2,500 square feet of meeting space and a fitness center.
