U.S.-based senior living developer Naples Senior Center plans to make an investment to construct a new facility.
Naples Senior Center, which will invest approximately $15 million in its facility, has received a total pledged $10 million in commitment from its fundraising for the facility.
With the expansion plan, Naples Senior Center will boost its space from 12,000 to 26,000 square feet, and add land for gardening projects and plant a memory garden.
Naples Senior Center is still in negotiations for the land for its facility and would say only that the location is in North Naples.
