U.S.-based hotel and casino operator Palms Casino Resort, run by gaming company Station Casinos, is nearing to close its renovation project this year.
Palms said that the transformation project will cost approximately $620 million.
The first phase of the expansion project includes a new bar, premier steakhouse, 150 pieces of contemporary art and concert theatre.
The next phase will include a 29,000 square foot nightclub and 73,000 square foot pool club, opening in spring 2019, both developed in partnership with restaurant company TAO Group.
